Nasi Goreng

Ingredients:

300 gr rice

200 gr ham

2 eggs

1 onion

1/2 leek

3 tbsp oil

1/2 tbsp salt

1/2 tsp ve-tsin

1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

Boil the rice 1 day in advance.

Cut the ham, leek and onion.

Glace the onion.

Add the leek and fry for 3 minutes.

Add the eggs and fry untill they are properly fried.

Add the ham.

Add the sesame oil.

Add the cooled down rice and bring to taste with salt.

Fry untill the rice is heated.

Total : 25 minutes

Prep : 15 minutes

Cook : 10 minutes

Resting time : 1 day
